About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines to our largest customers in the Travel and Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through software solution selling capabilities and direct customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and run efficient business operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the T+H space.
  • Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach.
