About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, agents, and partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues
- Assisting clients with technical, billing, and product-related questions
- Meeting and exceeding service level goals and metrics
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proactively identifying and resolving client issues
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client interactions through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and CRM case management
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
- Identifying and resolving client issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven technical customer support experience
- 2+ years of experience in the merchant service/payments industry (e.g., TYSYS, Elavon, NMI, Mastercard, and VISA)
- Ability to work in a ticket and metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
