Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
  • Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Leave of Absence Third-Party Administrators and HR Managers for leaves requests, administration, and returns from leave.
  • Administer the tuition reimbursement program and provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges and contribution changes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in HR or a related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
  • Two years' experience in HR and/or benefits administration.
