Position Summary:
The Interim Billing Accountant will take charge of overseeing and executing complex billing operations. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of billing methodologies to ensure precision in all transactions. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to meet all billing requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage intricate billing operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accuracy in all transactions.
  • Employ SAP software for billing functions, including invoice creation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to promote accurate and efficient billing practices.
  • Compile and review comprehensive billing reports and documentation.
  • Examine billing data to provide insights aimed at enhancing processes and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update billing records systematically.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Billing Accountant or in a comparable role with a focus on complex billing processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
  • Strong numerical skills with the capability to manage complex calculations and financial data.
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
