Job Description:

Overview

The Sales Growth Manager, Distribution will be responsible for driving annual targeted profitable sales volume and sales growth in the distributor channel for defined customers. This role will also involve maintaining relationships with key decision makers, supporting overall team objectives, and meeting or exceeding annual sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop joint business plans with assigned distributors for revenue growth
  • Manage sales growth to achieve profitability goals
  • Analyze data from cross-functional groups to develop solutions for streamlining sales processes and collections
  • Communicate with representatives and distributor management regarding meetings, account calls, and other business needs
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in selling to and with distributors, preferably in the chemical space
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
