Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving group revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve group revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
