Job Title: Fitness Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Center Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. As a Fitness Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with front desk activities, including checking members into the system, answering phones, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the fitness center, completing daily assigned tasks and helping with priority cleaning lists.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
