Job Title: Member Services Representative II

Job Summary:

Foothill Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Member Services Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service, achieving sales and service goals, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding member service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals, promoting and selling products and services to fit members' needs.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist members with complex requests and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of credit union or banking experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and good judgment.
