Eileen McMillan - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. You will also establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to clients.
- Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

- Preparation for a potential future role as a State Farm agent.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in people's lives.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills.
