The salary range for this role is $37,500 - $110,000+ per year, depending on experience and performance.

Job Summary

The Sales Agent is an inside Call Center role responsible for building a book of business by binding policies, closing new sales opportunities, and generating customer referrals. This role requires strong communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask and follow through on tasks.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - A minimum educational requirement
  • Property & Casualty License - A necessary certification for insurance sales
  • 1+ Years of Sales Experience - Preferably in insurance sales
