Job Description

A leading company in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Sustainment Systems Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will work in a collaborative environment resolving reported operational issues at sites and labs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the interface between the program and the operational sites, providing engineering resolutions and site work instructions, and coordinating long-term solutions to reported issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data and present status and problem resolutions to the customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational sites
Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • STEM B.S. Degree and at least 2 years of experience (no more than 5 years)
  • Experience writing clear and executable work instructions
  • Proven experience in process improvement
  • Experience presenting technical information to customers
  • Exposure to some, or all, of the following SW products: SAP HANA, Jira, Tableau, and Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
