About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainment Systems Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Sustainment Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in resolving operational issues at our client sites and labs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the interface between the program and operational sites, providing engineering resolutions and site work instructions.
  • Coordinate long-term solutions to reported issues.
  • Analyze data and present status and problem resolutions to the customer.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • STEM B.S. Degree and at least 2 years of experience (no more than 5 years)
  • Experience writing clear and executable work instructions
  • Proven experience in process improvement
  • Experience presenting technical information to customers
  • Exposure to some, or all, of the following SW products: SAP HANA, Jira, Tableau, and Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
