Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain system-level architecture and requirements for propulsion systems
  • Lead the development of system engineering products, including requirement specifications, interface definitions, and verification plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and risks
  • Support major program milestone reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure successful program execution
  • Develop and maintain digital models and simulations to support system design and development
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on propulsion systems or aerospace systems
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, such as Cameo
  • Experience with digital collaboration and management tools, such as Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with data and configuration management
  • Experience with creating or managing digital twins or digital threads
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with solid rocket motor/launch vehicle development and manufacturing
  • Experience with system-level trade studies and analysis
  • Experience with system-level testing and validation
