About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our GMD Weapon System (GWS) Sustainment Engineering team. The Work

As a Systems Engineer for the GWS Sustainment Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data and presenting status and problem resolutions to the GWS MDA customer
  • Acting as the interface between GWS and the operational sites
  • Providing engineering resolutions and site work instructions
  • Coordinating long-term solutions to reported issues

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience in a STEM related field
  • An active U.S. Government DOD Secret Clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and executable work instructions
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience presenting technical information to customers

  • Professional experience with weapon systems platforms and sustainment of mission critical systems
  • Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Experience in Agile Scrum team development environments
  • Experience working across disciplines including Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (I&T), Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis, Hardware (HW), Software (SW), Firmware (FW), and their integration
