Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute initiatives from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and modeling.
- Develop scalable and complex supply chain models to drive forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain network strategies.
- Build strong relationships with functional areas to drive initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Lead business planning and intelligence functions to develop annual operating plans and long-range plans.
- Identify areas of opportunity and influence execution of results via cross-functional participation.
- Obtain alignment from relevant business partners and management support for projects and lead discussions to drive change.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or a related field.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with data science tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and R.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with open-source frameworks, such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and ability to create inclusive digital experiences.
Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
