- Upselling/Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Albanese Candy products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible value.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company quality, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer interactions, issues, and trends, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Albanese Candy products, services, and industry trends, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language with ease.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Preferred, but not required.
