Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Management to lead our organization's talent management strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage key functions such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent practices support long-term success.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent management or related HR functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
  • Proven expertise in performance management and succession planning processes and tools.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
