Position Overview:

The Fountains at Rivervue is seeking dedicated Floor Maintenance Specialists to ensure our facilities maintain a pristine and welcoming environment. We have openings for full-time positions with varying schedules, including Tuesday to Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Monday to Friday evening shifts. Candidates with painting experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors across all service areas.
  • Ensure windows in common areas are kept spotless.
  • Perform comprehensive floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and disinfecting.
  • Keep parking lots and outdoor spaces free from debris.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and elevator areas.
  • Assist with light maintenance duties as required.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of two years of experience in floor care is preferred, although equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered.
