Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our team at CPVA Management, Inc. In this role, you will ensure that our properties are functioning optimally, conducting regular inspections and performing necessary maintenance on our systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies to enhance equipment longevity and minimize safety hazards.
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs conducted on equipment.
  • Inspect the premises for any structural issues and carry out required repairs.
  • Address additional maintenance tasks as they arise.
  • Maintain both interior and exterior areas to meet company standards for safety and aesthetics.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, techniques, and practices.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, effective communication, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Availability for on-call maintenance duties during evenings and weekends.
  • At least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance is required.
  • Understanding of safety protocols related to electricity, gas, water, and hazardous materials.
  • Basic skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and cleaning are essential.
  • Ability to lift, climb, and transport ladders as needed.
