Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will ensure that our properties are functioning optimally, conduct regular inspections for any potential issues, and perform essential maintenance on our systems and equipment to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring they operate efficiently and addressing any necessary repairs.
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance and reduce safety hazards.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including service dates and repairs completed.
  • Inspect the premises for structural integrity, addressing any damage to windows, doors, and walls as needed.
  • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as required.
  • Maintain both interior and exterior areas to meet company standards for safety and aesthetics.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, techniques, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, effective communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • Availability for on-call maintenance requests during evenings and weekends.
  • At least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance is required.
  • Understanding of safety protocols related to electricity, gas, water, and hazardous materials.
  • Basic skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning.
  • Ability to lift, climb, and manage ladders as necessary.
