Santa Clara, California, United States Palo Alto Networks Full time

Our Mission

At Palo Alto Networks, our mission is at the core of everything we do:

To be the trusted partner in cybersecurity, safeguarding our digital existence.

We envision a future where each day is more secure than the last. Our company is founded on the principles of challenging norms and innovating, and we seek forward-thinkers who are dedicated to transforming the landscape of cybersecurity.

Our Work Philosophy

We prioritize flexibility and choice in all our employee programs. We have redefined the conventional perspective that all employees share identical needs and desires. We provide personalized options, allowing our team members to select what suits them best—be it in terms of wellness support, professional growth, or other aspects.

At Palo Alto Networks, we recognize the value of collaboration and the importance of face-to-face interactions. This is why our employees typically work from the office three days a week, reserving two days for personal choice and flexibility to work in their most productive environments. This arrangement encourages informal discussions, effective problem-solving, and the development of trusted relationships. While specifics may evolve, our aim is to cultivate an environment where innovation flourishes, with teams coming together in the office three days a week to collaborate and succeed collectively.

We cultivate a culture of innovation, authenticity, and collaboration. Our people are the key to this success. It is through our daily interactions and how we support one another that distinguishes Palo Alto Networks from other organizations.
