Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct recruitment for essential hourly and salaried positions, analyze HR metrics, and provide insights to the HR Manager.
  • Evaluate job applications and resumes, and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
  • Facilitate orientations for new employees.
  • Research and implement various applicant sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Human Resource Information System and generate reports from the database.
  • Oversee the creation and management of job requisitions.
  • Coordinate the external hiring process and assist with internal transfers, including job bidding.
  • Support various HR functions, including recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, benefits management, training, and compliance.
  • Assist in organizing job fairs, training sessions, and payroll processing.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with employment law practices.
  • Experience in managing benefits, compensation, and related programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
