Human Resource Manager

The Martin-Brower Company seeks a strategic and results-driven Human Resource Manager to oversee all Human Resource activities for an assigned location or functional area. This key role will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, analyzing business information, and leading HR and business initiatives to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze business data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Lead HR and business initiatives to improve organizational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Manage employee relations, recruitment, and talent development programs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or administrative setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret business data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
