Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Manage health benefits, including answering employee questions and assisting with open enrollments and qualifying life event changes
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for job openings, as well as prepare and deliver job offers
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including background checks, paperwork, and internal meetings
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including personnel file management, time-off record keeping, and report generation
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance & Administration to evaluate and compare health insurance plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
