Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee executive tasks and errands with precision.
- Handle comprehensive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of both professional and personal appointments.
- Act as an office manager, ensuring the maintenance of office supply inventory and fulfilling administrative duties as required.
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure the kitchen and office areas are well-stocked, organized, and clean, including maintaining the coffee machine and coordinating office lunches.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Proactively organize and manage office-related objectives and tasks.

- Collaborate with department heads on special projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of engaging with senior management.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to new challenges daily.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in interdepartmental coordination.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of senior executives and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships.
