Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee executive tasks and errands with precision.
  • Handle comprehensive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of both professional and personal appointments.
  • Act as an office manager, ensuring the maintenance of office supply inventory and fulfilling administrative duties as required.
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure the kitchen and office areas are well-stocked, organized, and clean, including maintaining the coffee machine and coordinating office lunches.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proactively organize and manage office-related objectives and tasks.
  • Coordinate special events and gatherings, managing all logistical elements from invitations to execution.
  • Collaborate with department heads on special projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of engaging with senior management.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to new challenges daily.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in interdepartmental coordination.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations of senior executives and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships.
