Job Description

Our client, a prominent financial services provider, is seeking to fill the position of Senior Customer Care Specialist.

Position Title: Senior Customer Care Specialist

Location: Columbus, OH

Contract Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $19.17/hour

Role Overview:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls within the customer service department.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, such as Turret phones, may be necessary.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously while taking clear and precise messages.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required; familiarity with financial regulations or investment products may also be beneficial.

  • Bachelor's Degree
