The Team

Your Impact:

  • Conduct detailed investigations and provide timely resolutions to customer complaints.
  • Analyze complaint metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Track customer feedback and enhance complaint handling processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for escalated inquiries.
  • Facilitate training and mentoring for new team members.

What We Seek:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer complaint management.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations effectively.
  • Strong investigative skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations such as FCRA, TILA, and FDCPA.
