Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Support Specialist:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, medication management, and treatments while promoting independence and self-care.
  • Accompany residents within the facility and during outings as necessary.
  • Support meal preparation, service, and post-meal clean-up.
  • Contribute to the planning and facilitation of resident activities on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in nursing, senior living, home health, or related fields is advantageous.
