At Frito-Lay, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our complete line of products to local stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
- Unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
- Paid time off.
- Health care benefits on day one (including dental and vision).
- Retirement savings benefits such as a 401(k) Plan with Company match.
