Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional hospice care at our newly renovated 12-bed Hospice House in Newton.
With a low patient-to-nurse ratio, we prioritize the highest quality of care, ensuring strong support for both our patients and staff.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering world-class care to patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide emotional support and education.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required.
- Maintain CPR certification.
- One to three years clinical experience required.
- Hospice or home health care experience preferred.
