We prioritize a low patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring strong support for both our patients and staff.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering world-class care to patients and their families, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required
  • Maintain CPR certification
  • One to three years clinical experience required
  • Hospice or home health care experience preferred
