Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for computer hardware and software, Active Directory account access, IP phones, Laser Printers, Label printers, mobile devices, and all other peripheral devices to internal team members. Handle escalations from level 1 analysts and provide documentation. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software-related issues. Provide high-level support on a large-scale environment for InTune/Jamf MDM solutions. Create and maintain Windows OS images using Microsoft deployment technology (MDT, WDS, and Autopilot).

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in a PC/Telecom network environment working with Mac OSX, Windows 11, 10, and Windows Server operating systems. Experience working with Internet-related applications, such as email and FTP clients, and web browsers, as well as experience with SCCM/InTune/MDM is also required. Familiarity with telecom protocols, SIP, PSTN, PRIs, etc. Experience configuring local security policies and group policy management. Experience configuring mobile devices (i.e., Android/iOS devices). Experience troubleshooting VPN technologies. Proficient in producing and editing video content. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team. 3CX, MCP, Mac OSX, Jamf, and/or A+ certifications are a plus.
