Job Summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site field support to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex systems and equipment, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site field support to customers, including installation, servicing, and repairing complex systems and equipment.
  • Resolve customer problems in the areas of hardware/software installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
  • Ensure issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Perform complex analysis and prepare reports on system problem trends and issues.
  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Six or more years of field support experience.
  • Experience working with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.
