About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Window Genie. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the Arlington/Mansfield/Grand Prairie area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Reside in the Arlington/Mansfield/Grand Prairie area
Compensation

We offer a performance-based compensation plan that includes advance commissions and residual income. Our sales team members also receive a first-quarter guarantee base plus commissions and incentives. This is a 1099 position.

Our compensation package includes a monthly base salary of $2,500.00.
