Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their storage needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Sell merchandise, such as moving and packaging supplies, to customers.
  • Ensure the property is customer-ready, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Manage, verify, and balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits.

Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent or better in General Business.
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle/insurance required (with paid mileage).
  • Reliable transportation to, from, and during working hours.
  • Basic computer skills and the physical ability to do the job (traverse around the property, lifting up to 50 pounds, move, ascent/descent, work atop, etc.).
