Notably, we proudly serve as the official electrical supplier for a prominent sports team.

Role Summary:

The Product Segment Sales Manager plays a crucial role in advancing our Power Installation Product sector, emphasizing exceptional customer service and product excellence. Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing business strategies, sourcing products, and promoting the product line both internally and externally. This position also requires acting as a technical resource for the sales team, utilizing internal relationships to enhance overall value, and overseeing various functions such as category management, supplier partnerships, and sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in residential and commercial energization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and sales leadership to foster growth within the business segment.
  • Streamline processes for effective project execution.
  • Develop and implement competitive sales strategies in conjunction with sales and pricing teams.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of technical and compliance matters relevant to the business segment.
  • Stay informed about product and industry trends, cost considerations, global pricing, and manufacturing practices.
  • Manage daily purchasing requirements for designated product lines.
  • Identify promotional opportunities in partnership with the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent inventory management capabilities.
