Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively manage operational processes.
  • Lead Roadmap Development: Lead roadmap development and ongoing planning/prioritization exercises.
  • Build Back Office/Trade Systems: Build back office/trade systems, provide operational requirements (systems, processes, controls, tooling, reports/monitoring, 3rd party solutions, etc.), conduct UAT testing, product workflow, and product go-live sign-offs.
  • Monitor and Analyze Operational Performance: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead a high-performing team to reliably and consistently execute day-to-day processes supporting the Crypto product.
  • Support Policy and Procedure Development: Support the publishing, review, and continuous improvement of our policies and procedures in collaboration with Risk & Operations.
  • Develop a Risk Management Framework: Develop a risk management framework to identify, measure, and mitigate financial risks in the treasury, fostering a culture of risk awareness across the treasury and Finance team.
  • Define and Implement Operational Risk Controls: Define and implement operational risk controls and support models for the crypto trading business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Crypto Risk and Operations Experience: 3+ years of experience in crypto risk and operations.
  • Financial Acumen and Problem-Solving Skills: Passionate about technology and the Crypto landscape, excited about innovation in the fintech space.
  • Process Improvement and Attention to Detail: Desire to build new things with exceptional financial acumen and problem-solving skills, with a passion for process improvement.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Organized with strong attention to detail, comfortable working on multiple priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative Environment: Excellent people skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Naturally curious, always eager to figure out if something seems off.

What We Offer

At Futu US Inc., we offer a competitive base salary range of $150,000 to $190,000, along with a supportive and collaborative work environment that values professional growth.
