About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales results, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
  • Drives Sales: Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Oversee the visual merchandising and sales floor presentation, ensuring a compelling and engaging shopping environment.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling and payroll management.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Communication: Foster open and effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring clear and timely communication of sales results, customer feedback, and operational issues.
  • Asset Protection: Implement and maintain effective asset protection strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of our stores and assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: A degree in business, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
