  • Budget Management: Ensure all expenditures remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Safety Compliance: Guarantee that all associates are trained in emergency procedures.
  • Customer Engagement: Promote a culture of courtesy and professionalism, guiding associates in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising Standards: Ensure that merchandise processing aligns with company expectations and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of management experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Proven ability to train and develop team members at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct oversight of Assistant Store Managers, Area Supervisors, and all Retail Associates.
