Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover trends, assess performance, and enhance profitability.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver insightful, data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial performance reports regularly.
  • Collaborate with various teams to synchronize financial plans with overall business strategies.
  • Drive enhancements in financial planning and analysis processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Execute cost analyses, pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Assist in formulating long-term business plans and financial models.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis principles and KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated with robust organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on innovation and business growth.
