Position Overview:

Kforce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts within a leading global pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the long-term and short-term planning processes for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Take a leading role in the development of Monthly Management Reports tailored for Executive Management.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, investigate variances, and document underlying factors.
  • Create robust financial models and reporting packages for various departmental leaders.
  • Support initiatives aimed at cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as required by management.
  • Lead projects focused on enhancing operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BPC, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Pivot tables and advanced formulas).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive under minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with a capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
