Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PPM & PS Principal Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Level: Associate - Director

Location: Hybrid – Plano, Texas

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The annual salary for this position is between $116,100 /Year to $183,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

Role Summary:

As a Principal Architect – SAP PPM & PS, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the integration and implementation of SAP Project Portfolio Management and Project Systems solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP systems, contributing to the overall success of the organization

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving discussions with the customer SMEs, IT, defining Key design decisions, business process flows and finalize design.

• Responsible analyzing and documenting requirements, providing best possible solutions to customer requirements, standardization of the current processes and harmonizing them.

• Design new solution extensions, participate and contribute to the solution roadmap, implementation strategy and help in creating solution documentation.

• Participate in technology integration discussions and contribute towards solving them.

• Accountable for meeting committed deliverables and deadlines.

Role Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of SAP and S/4HANA best practices and proven experience in implementation of SAP in the Life sciences sector.

• Exposure to compliance requirements-GMP.

• Expertise in setting up and running through solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders

o Experience in implementation of the SAP Project systems and Portfolio and Project Management module (PPM)- Project structure, planning, resource planning, cost & revenue planning, scheduling, project cost controlling, reporting, procurement, manufacturing, sales w.r.t projects.

• Project portfolios, initiatives, tracking of project portfolio, what-if analyses, scoring, change management, workflows for approvals, Financial planning, capacity planning, rollup, version management, change management.

• Experience in Blueprint design and documentation.

• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

• Ability to set, manage and meet expectations with SMEs and stakeholders.
