About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at BluPax Pharma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our healthcare products in a compliant manner, while building strong relationships with our customers and their practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain sales target goals in the assigned territory through the compliant promotion of a portfolio of products
  • Develop and execute effective business and territory plans to cover the assigned call plan and execution metrics
  • Utilize strong business judgment and decision-making skills to develop a territory based on market insights and drivers to positively impact sales within the assigned territory
  • Deliver tailored information to customers through thorough pre-call preparation and post-call planning to maximize customer engagement
  • Learn and impart clinical, scientific, and technical features of pharmaceutical products and patient support services to maximize appropriate product utilization
  • Develop strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and work cooperatively to achieve a professional and friendly attitude
  • Adapt to rapid change, work under pressure, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of market key practices, trends, and patterns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Prior pharmaceutical experience preferred
