Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in the warranty business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warranty products and services, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and closing techniques.
- Implement strategies to streamline workflows, optimize sales processes, and improve team productivity.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Ensure sales representatives have a comprehensive understanding of warranty products, coverage options, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor sales team performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle length.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or technical sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends and customer needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, in the warranty business.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of warranty products, services, and industry regulations.
