Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield is seeking a dedicated Automotive Financial Operations Specialist to enhance our team’s performance in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the registration process for all new and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with state regulations.
- Prepare and verify tax and title documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of contracts and drafts to the appropriate financial institutions for processing.
- Handle all legal transfer processes with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Confirm that all funds are collected and that the correct lien holder is compensated prior to processing title applications.
- Conduct thorough checks for accuracy in applications, ensuring completeness of all required information.
- Facilitate billing for dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin while maintaining a verification system for out-of-state titles.
- Compile and manage a comprehensive list of outstanding title work, providing regular updates to management regarding any issues or missing titles.
