Job Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Project Associate to join our team at Gomez Floor Covering, Inc. The successful candidate will assist our Project Coordinators and Project Managers with project-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review project documents, including Submittal packages, Closeout documents, RFI's, ASI's, Pay Applications, and Change orders.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in construction management software (such as Procore or Bluebeam) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
  • A general understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to review project documents and contracts.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
