Project Coordinator Opportunity

Jobot is seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team.

Compensation: $25-$29 per hour

This is a contract role with great benefits, including a hybrid schedule.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, with a strong background in the signs and lighting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project execution.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Develop a project plan to track progress.
  • Manage project changes using verification techniques.
  • Monitor project performance.
  • Escalate issues to management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Minimize project risks.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Implement and maintain signage and lighting projects.
  • Advise on project management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of project coordination experience.
  • Signs and lighting industry experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
