Job Title: Client Account Coordinator at 5HM Hub International Texas

Overview:

The Client Service team at 5HM plays a vital role in assisting our clients through effective account management, claims processing, daily client oversight, and underwriting services, establishing us as a leading provider in sales and service within the insurance sector. With access to a robust network of resources, you will collaborate with some of the industry's finest talent to support our clients and provide them with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering essential services on a daily basis, including certificates of insurance, policy modifications, and client transactions.
  • Interacting with clients in a professional manner.
  • Completing assigned tasks or projects in a timely fashion.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement while entering insurance data and informing supervisors of any requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate training materials at the workstation to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Previous experience in data processing is preferred.
