Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team at the Adler University. As a key member of the admissions team, you will be responsible for ensuring data entry and integrity for all mail, inquiries, and applications for all of our campus locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and maintain all data on inquiries and applicants for reporting purposes
  • Assist in the accurate creation and timely processing of inquiries and applications
  • Process applications and all other prospective student paperwork
  • Answer questions about Adler University programs, admissions requirements and processes, tuition and financial aid, housing, and student relocation
  • Assist with on-campus and virtual event set-up, and conduct tours of the school as needed
  • General office support and organization
  • Review application materials and prepare files for review by admissions counselors and admissions committee
  • Execute written and verbal correspondence to prospects and applicants
  • This position works closely with workstudy to make sure projects that support admissions are prioritized and completed in a timely manner while maintaining data entry accuracy
  • All other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Admissions Operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in higher education operations, or admissions environment preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience using CRM programs (Salesforce, Slate, Blackboard etc)
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with database management, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong computer skills with standard programs such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Professional and friendly in-person and phone presence
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • A strong alignment with the mission and values of the Adler University
Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the jobs' functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
