The individual will be responsible for basic testing, editing, and validating data files to meet Ingram's compliance standards. Effective communication with content submitters regarding any data-related issues is also a key aspect of this position, alongside demonstrating necessary file adjustments and escalating more complex challenges as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address basic inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders concerning technical questions related to content submission and compliance.
- Guide customers through the setup and submission of file formats by offering clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Conduct preliminary file reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful content submissions, while escalating more intricate issues when necessary.
- Perform basic file corrections as required.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to achieve desired outcomes in alignment with publisher specifications.
- Prepare digital interiors and covers based on client-supplied files in various formats, adhering to publisher specifications and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience with current graphic design software, including InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
